Join me for a Virtual Art Reception!

In the video above, I walk through the exhibition to share stories about the photographs and my grief journey.

MORE ABOUT THE SHOW:

In April 2022, Up Front Art Space held a solo exhibition of Sarah Treanor’s series Still, Life: A Photographic Journey Through Grief. The artist created this self portrait series in response to the sudden death of her fiancé in 2012.

The exhibit featured 20 of the original 40 black and white photographs from the series - the most extensive showing of Sarah’s work to date. Accompanying the photography were excerpts of Treanor’s original journal entries from the time - revealing a deeply personal, layered experience of grief and healing through creative expression.

If you’re interested in purchasing prints from this series, you can find more information at the link below - or feel free to contact me HERE with any questions!
