This hanging ceramic talisman brings an earthy, grounded presence to holiday trees, wall altars, or quiet corners. Inspired by my recent travels to Ireland, the design echoes the neolithic carvings found across ancient passage tombs and standing stones within the landscape. The surface is finished with glaze combinations drawn from extensive studio testing, highlighting rich texture and an artifact-like, weathered patina.
Individually hand-built, every medallion is impressed with my hallmark stamp on the reverse and suspended from an authentic knotted leather cord. Because the collection is fired in small batches, no two pieces are entirely alike—yielding subtle variations in glaze break, pooling, and tactile character. Give your tree a touch of ancient wonder, or hang up year-round on your wall for inspiration!
